Declarations of interest

Pharmaceutical industry. I have received ad hoc speaker and advisory fees from Idorsia and Flynn Pharma. Both companies have had no input into the content of my talks, writing, teaching or research, and no sight of any of it before publication. I have no ongoing contract with any pharmaceutical company.

Roles. Trustee, The Sleep Charity (unpaid).

Clinical income. NHS general practice and private clinical practice.

Relevant interests are declared in full on every publication, conference presentation and application to which they apply.
